Astara Highlights the Role of Women in the Automotive Industry at Women’s Fleet 2025

Warsaw, 10th March 2025 – Astara, the distributor of Nissan, Mitsubishi, and Isuzu brands in the Polish market, once again actively participated in the prestigious "Women’s Fleet: Women in the Automotive Industry" event, organized by Menadżer Floty magazine. This year's edition, held in the picturesque interiors of Gniew Castle from March 5-7, served as a platform for discussing the increasing role of women in the automotive industry. The event, attended by 140 participants, featured test drives of over 50 innovative vehicle models, including those from Astara’s portfolio.
Women Leaders in the Automotive Industry at Women’s Fleet
Women’s Fleet is an event dedicated to women working in the automotive sector, including managers, brand representatives, and industry journalists. It provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, explore modern trends, and test vehicles that combine innovation, comfort, and safety, such as models from Mitsubishi, Nissan, and Isuzu. A key component of the conference was discussions on leadership, personal and business development, management, and assertiveness.

- Isuzu D-MAX Double Cab 4WD – A reliable pickup truck for demanding users, displayed in classic black.
- Mitsubishi ASX MY25 Instyle (1.3T, DCT7, 2WD) – A compact SUV blending modern design with functionality, presented in Steel Grey Metallic.
The Increasing Presence of Women in the Automotive Sector
The dynamic transformation of the automotive industry is leading to a growing number of women holding key positions in companies related to vehicles, fleets, and mobility. The representation of women in the automotive sector, as in other industries in Poland, is steadily increasing. Their influence on purchasing decisions and fleet management is becoming more evident.
